Positive news regarding the ETH ETF, but it might not be tradeable until July or August. We know what happened with Bitcoin then, so this could also be a catalyst for altcoins. Trump is also showing support for crypto, which puts the crypto space on his side.

On the Memecoin side, many projects created in 2023 are pumping, and $Mog is now the cat coin with the highest market cap.

💸 BTC & Alts:

• ETH ETF likely to start trading in July or August. Regulators must approve two types of filings before shares of spot ether ETFs can change hands: 19b-4s, or proposed rule change forms, and S-1s, or registration statements. This could then be the catalyst for an ETH pump and altseason once trading opens. Also: SEC's ETF decision suggests ETH and many tokens are not securities.

• Donald Trump insists the US must lead in the crypto industry. “I am very positive and open minded to cryptocurrency companies, and all things related to this new and burgeoning industry,” he claimed

🐱 Memecoins:

• Kabosu, face of dogecoin and meme tokens, died early Friday. As a result, $Kabosu pumped. But coins such as $Wif, $Myro and $Bonk are also in a good starting position. In addition Coinbase supports $FLOKI, $BONK, & $SHIB perpetual futures on Coinbase Advanced.

• whales.meme: Launch tokens with gamified liquidity bootstrapping in seconds. The mission is to develop new tools and functionalities designed to empower communities.

• Many memecoins besides $Pepe that were created in 2023 like $Mog, $Wojak, $Turbo are pumped. $EPIK soared 269% to a $22M market cap.

🖼️ NFT’s / Web3:

• Farcaster raised $150M for user growth and developer tools. Paradigm led Farcaster’s latest fundraise, the startup revealed Tuesday. Other participants included a16z, Haun Ventures, Union Square Ventures, Variant and Standard Crypto.

• Memeland’s next quest: Pixelpals. MON Protocol will launch more games this year. Their $MON Token Generation Event (TGE) is on May 27, 180,000+ wallets eligible to claim.

• nftperp launched Ordinals trading on Blast. Users can now trade two Ordinals projects, Bitcoin Puppets and NodeMonkes, using WBTC on Blast.

• ZkSync TGE planned for this week, airdrop on June 13. "zkSync is currently in the process of becoming decentralized. At this moment, no definitive plans have been finalized," a Matter Labs spokesperson told The Block.

• Friend Tech's Keydrops for easy key airdrops to friends. This new feature allows users who hold more than one Club key to gift a key to anyone they choose. 

• The $MOCA airdrop distribution was released. The maximum total amount of the airdrop will be limited by the initial two tranches of the network incentive allocation unlocking. This includes the first batch unlocked at TGE and the second batch of TGE unlocked one month after.
