• PayPal expands PYUSD to Solana, targets payment use cases. PayPal’s senior vice president of blockchain: “Making PYUSD available on the Solana Blockchain furthers our mission of enabling a digital currency with a stable value designed for commerce and payments,” 

• NYSE plans Bitcoin options. The New York Stock Exchange plans to list index options tracking the price of bitcoin (BTC), bringing another traditional finance giant into the cryptocurrency space.

• Stablecoin market cap rises to 2-year high, dominance slides to 6%. Of the top ten stablecoins, Athena USDe's market cap climbed for the fifth straight month.
